I need surgery for a direct inguinal hernia on my right side; also, I'm feeling a niggle from open surgery done for a left inguinal hernia twenty years ago. I don't have health insurance so would be paying the full whack for this. Can anyone recommend a doctor or a clinic to get a cost-effective, reliable fix? Thanks in advance.
