Hong Kong is looking to make it easier for foreign doctors to work in the city as the public hospitals in Hong Kong are seriously short of staff.
The push is to exempt foreign trained doctors so that they can seamlessly start working in Hong Kong has to date been rejected by Hong Kong's medical authorities:
