I will be traveling to California soon. Do they sell phones cards in the US? Where can I purchase them? What is the best way to save on long distance calls while visiting there?

Do you use a smartphone? If so, you can get a standard simcard package with data and then use Skype to call back to HK, rates are quite cheap.
