How Goldman Sachs Created the Food Crisis

What business is GS in ? Did they invest into food industry ? I bet they do. If they found this is a good profit investment then they must do whatever they could.

They created a casino out of the food industry (just as they did with derivatives that allowed them to bet on any financial asset in the run up to the 2008 crash - that nearly brought down the global economy - and still might...)
These derivatives have zero benefit to the world... they are simply bets on asset price movements.
Of course banks make plenty of money applying this madness to the food industry...
But let's understand that these profits result in artificially higher food prices that cause starvation and misery for hundreds of millions of people around the world.
Perhaps most people don't care about this ... after all, if there is a profit to be made then surely it must be a good thing...
But consider what is happening in north africa and the middle east... these revolutions are triggered by high food prices... and this could come back to haunt...
Word up...
The Law of Unintended Consequences or unintended consequences is an adage or epigram that can be defined as follows: "Any intervention in a complex system may or may not have the intended result, but will inevitably create unanticipated and often undesirable outcomes"

I think this is it's strategy to make the investors pushing their money into food industry ? The bankers did not even buy any drinks for ladies at the parties, that's suck. I think those are worst than any type of businessmen could do for ladies. :)
These years, you can see the bankers' in their 30s-40, their white hair came up a lot more than a normal guy's what we could see. I was pretty surprised when I saw some executives in LKF without drinks on their hands. I went to a party years ago with an invitation, I was very surprised that they asked ladies to pay for the bills. :) What did I feel ? They requested beautiful ladies for free to the parties but they could not pay for the ladies' dinners. They did enjoy taking advantages when they got chances what I felt. I hope I have never heard any F words even when women/men work in the IBs. they thought they are the best for the world, I really hope they do. Yeah, very well educated and very nice people at IBs. At schools, teachers tell the kids 'Be polite' and how could you assume all F words around the office or even from a female I-banker what she thinks she is ? Wow, Ibankers are like that ? They think too much in money gain more than anyone else without human senses but they said they are with all human senses ? What is this big joke. Are they trying to create their own government when they could get more and more money from the markets ? You will see with different products that they turn around in the markets when you know this.
They said they can promise the % of p.a with the investors' investment but NO GUARANTEE, don't you understand with this term and condition when you signed up something on the papers ? Does it mean that it is an official thief or a I-banker ? You'd better judge. Of course, they created the products for their money gain. It means you bet your money into a sports team, can you promise that they must win on the game ?
When people cannot afford to buy high prices foods then what will it be happened ? Should they go and find the I-bankers who can give food chops, deliver and arrange the food for people so the IB will become food delivery services for people ? US Gov has to spend USD 100 / per potato for everyone so they can make lotsa money in return ?

and for the Islamic Sharia haters among us
Islam prohibited 1400 year ago any selling/trading of food crop before it is ripe to prohibit human greed from doing what wall street is doing right now.
that is practically stopping speculation in crops by just imposing one condition and keeping food prices within reach of those 99.9% who actually eat wheat and rice and not gold and green paper.

Do we all have to be fishermen catching fishes before long ? Some people do this for living in USA. Will they built more fishing lakes then let people to apply high price fishing licenses ? So they can catch the fishes there everyday for living ? Fishes are food. We need to go to fishing all weekends to catch all fishes, otherwise they will come to Asia and catch all fishes and mark up with high prices ? So all fishingmen properties will become gold, one fish for USD 1 Mil ?
Another new and good investment for investors in US created by the I-bankers ? Can they make the crap fish withsh*t becoming great foods with cheaper prices ? Very good investment. People have to eat dog food that is very expensive of cans of dog food so they sould invest into dog foods with fast and great return ? That's crazy of what Ibankers' do.
I think I should look for the investors who can invest into me and a restaurant where I would cook some little good dishes with high prices. Oh, PM me if you can pay high prices then I would love to go to the market, buy great foods and cook for you.

Should we seek an Indian Driver Mr. Singh as our bf role model?? You know what.. he IS the winner of Mark Six. And he promises to marry his Indonesian gf. He will split maybe 10% to those poor people because of his religion.

Mr. Singh promises to marry his indonesian gf but his g/f may fine other rich guys too. funny quotes. HKD 40 millions is not enough to buy a nice house in Stanley but it is fine for him in Indonesia. No indonesians maids want to leave HK what we knew.

Anyone have a view about whether derivatives should only be able to purchased from, say, a governmental authority and only for the purposes of hedging?
