A complete workspace including

Features
- The manufacturer Norwood claimed that the surfaces are scratch resistant. The user experience has been so far very good. I regard this is a must-have feature for clean looking!
- The desk has a stopper to prevent things dropping off.
- The doors of the cabinet use magnetic locking mechannic, i.e. push to open, push to close.
- Drawers are hydraulic, i.e. pull to open, slight push to close.
- There are openings with flip covers on both sides of the desk for easy pass-through of cables.
Condition
Very good. The user has moved out soon after the installation of this workspace.
Note
- The drawer unit is for sale together with the office desk as the former is required to support the latter.
- The cabinet can be used separately from the office desk + the drawer unit that's why the cabinet can be sold seperately from the office desk + the drawer unit.
- The listed price $350 is for the purchase of the complete workspace. For the purchase of only the office desk and the drawer unit, the price is $320. For the purchase of only the cabinet, the price is $100.
- Although the cabinet is not currently mounted onto a wall, it is recommended that the cabinet should be mounted onto a wall for safety reassurance especailly for those who plans to store heavy stuff from top to bottom.
- The workspace needs to be moved down one floor (indoor) to be placed on a van or a car. I can help to move down the desk and the drawer unit. But for the cabinet, buyers are highly recommended to disassemble the cabinet themselves so that they can count/keep the parts and will know how to assemble it at their destination. The hydraulic nature of the drawers and the magnetic locking feature of the doors of the cabinet will require slight screwing adjustments when one reassembles the cabinet for good alignment.
