The cellar is for the winemaker the place where to hear the wine grow, where it is followed with dedication: a place of worship.  Giovanni Bulgari wanted the cellar of Podernuovo as part of the environment and as a harmoniously part of the landscape.
THE WINE
Sotirio is made from pure Sangiovese grape following the best tradiction of production in the territory of Siena. It has ruby red color and the nose gives notes of ripe cherry and sweet tobacco. The palate is elegant and intense with important and silky tannins and spicy final notes.

Beef, Lamb, Veal, Poultry, Cured Meat.
