Facilities for Children by LCSD

Children's play rooms are provided by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department in the urban area and the New Territories free of charges. The Children's Play Room is mainly designed for the use by children aged from 4 to 9 whose heights are not exceeding 142cm. Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by parents or guardians inside the play room

Play Equipment for All Children
Introduction
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department is committed to providing quality recreational and sports facilities for public use, of which children's playgrounds constitute a major part. At present, about 70% of our children's playgrounds offer diversified inclusive play equipment, which is suitable for all children, including those with disabilities. The designs of the equipment are aimed at bringing happiness to children while helping them learn different skills for balanced development.
