As the official social service agency of the Roman Catholic Church in Hong Kong. Caritas should ensure that its services and programmes are in line with the changing situation of Hong Kong , and constantly re-examine these services and programmes in the light of the social teachings of the Chruch and the contents of the Bishop's Pastoral Exhortation "March into the Bright Decade". Caritas should also consider ways and means to further enhance the sense of mission and commitment of its employees and its many volunteers
