Hash House Harriers In Hong Kong

LH4 meet every Tuesday evening at 7:00pm for a run of approximately one hour following a marked trail which also has false trails with the aim (if set properly) to slow down the front runners while they check to find the real trail. This (in theory) keeps the pack together. We start at a different location every week. At the end of the run, drinks are provided on site. This is a mixture of beer, water, and soft drinks.

The Sek Kong Hash House Harriers are a family hash and run/drink every Sunday at 4pm. We meet at "Leafy Glade", a Dai Po Dong, on the Lam Kam Road in Lam Tsuen Tai P0. Newcomers are always welcome.

The South Lantau Hash House Harriers is a hash kennel based on Lantau Island, in the New Territories of Hong Kong. The South Lantau Hash House Harriers meets once a month for a hash — a walk/run based on the British tradition of a ‘hounds and hares’ paper chase. SLH3 runs are $50 for adults and $20 for kids, which includes drinks

Wanchai Hash (or WH3) was founded on 10 April 1988 and is the youngest of the 8 weekly Hash House Harrier (H3) groups in Hong Kong. We are a non-competitive fun running club with over 100 regular attendees. New runners as well as visiting hashers are always very welcome. For those not familiar with Hashing more information can be found in the "What is Hashing?" section. Suffice to say it is a great way to get some exercise, see parts of Hong Kong you might otherwise never see and have a great deal of fun at the same time. You do not need to be a good runner to "hash" (or fit for that matter). We have hashers of all ages, shapes and sizes. Some walk the trail while others are in training for the next 'event'.
