With a high passion for sports and competition, I can plan and deliver a fitness program to suit your specific goals such as weight loss, muscle toning or generally improve your fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner and new to fitness or already active and looking for a tailored program to push you further, I can help you reach you potential.

Background:

As well as being a qualified sports coach in Hong Kong, I am a certified personal trainer with National Academy of Sports Medicine. The sports I mostly focus on are on the water in the form of outrigging and dragon boat, so attention to correct posture and form are of top priority. I also partake in marathons and trail running and often place on the podium. Through this I understand the importance of nutrition and tailoring a fitness program towards a specific goal.

Philosophy:
It is important when delivering a program that is tailored to suit your needs and that we set achievable goals that can be achieved safely and effectively. It is also of the highest the importance that sessions are delivered with a sense of FUN and VARIETY so that you enjoy it as well as getting a great work out!

I am available to train you in your gym, home or in the great outdoors! Sessions are available in English.
