HongKongClimbing was established in 2000 by Stuart Millis to address the chronic lack of up-to-date information on routes and boulder problems throughout the HKSAR and to provide a portal for local and visiting climbers to interact with one another through the Forum etc. The site is still essentially a one man band and is run by a guy with a full-time job in his spare time, with additional input provided by numerous people in the HK climbing community – cheers!. As such, responses to queries may not always be immediately forthcoming, especially regarding things such as guiding services, building climbing walls, kids parties etc., which are things we simply don’t do (we’re basically just an online guidebook with a nominally active forum attached to it, nothing more, nothing less).
