Our client is an international asset management house with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.

You will be responsible for client servicing and supporting the institutional business focusing on Private Market strategies such as Private Equity & Private Credit, Real Estate Equity & Real Estate Debt etc. Working closely with AEJ Institutional Sales team, you will ensure timely responses and solutions are provided to clients queries, with key focus on private market business. You will coordinate with various internal stakeholders to facilitate discussions and coordinate product launch and other related marketing activities as well as support the marketing efforts, including review of RFPs, marketing materials and due diligence materials for clients. You will assist in client events, roadshows and any other client servicing or marketing activities to strengthen client relationships and promote the products and investment capabilities. In addition, you will build expertise by monitoring the private markets and regulatory environment to proactively identify trends; anticipate and communicate opportunities and risks to internal stakeholders and assist with public market strategies marketing activities or client servicing on a need basis. Lastly, you will assist with the onboarding process of AEJ institutional clients focusing on the strategies, including legal & KYC documentation, account opening and due diligence process.

To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management. Experience in private markets preferred. Knowledge in navigating and interpreting private funds documentation together with an understanding of Asia institutional clients requirement.
