Responsibilities:

Responsible for oversight and implementation of regulatory compliance, trading compliance program, policies and procedures
Liaise with regulators on handling licensing, inquiries and inspections
Provide guidance, advice and training
Execute compliance monitoring program and represent results to senior management
Collaborating with local and global teams for compliance control enhancement projects

Requirements

Not less than 6 years experience in hedge funds / asset management / proprietary trading platform
Strong knowledge of financial industry rules and regulations
Prior experience developing and enhancing compliance framework
