Compliance Specialist - Hedge Fund

We are instructed on various opportunities with multiple global hedge fund managers who are keen to hire a compliance specialist in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for oversight and implementation of regulatory compliance, trading compliance framework, policies and procedures
  • Manage general compliance matters including licensing, CPT, gift and entertainment, personal account dealing, etc
  • Liaise with regulators on examination, inspection, inquiries, etc
  • Execute compliance monitoring program and represent results to senior management
  • Collaborating with local and global teams for compliance control enhancement projects

 

Requirements

  • More than 4 years of regulatory compliance or compliance advisory experience
  • Experience working at hedge fund/ high-frequency trading firm/ investment bank 
  • Strong knowledge of global markets products
