Analyst / Associate – Credit Risk (Wealth Management)[Fresh Graduate are also welcome]

Job description

• Responsible for credit risk management for the Wealth Management Business, including monitoring credit risk and counterparty risk in securities, fund, and OTC product trading; evaluating limit applications, etc.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of trading platforms or any other system migration-related projects within the Wealth Management Business and Risk Management.
• Participate in the automation of credit report processes within the department.
• Perform risk assessments in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle any ad hoc projects or reports as assigned.
• Undertake such other duties as directed by your superiors from time to time.

Requirements

• University graduate with 2-8 years of relevant risk management experience. (Fresh graduates with a strong interest in equity markets or internship experience in financial markets are also welcome.)
• Major in Risk Management, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• UAT experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with trading systems is required.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is essential.
• Familiarity with VBA or programming languages is required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Self-motivated and a good team player.
