Job Purpose:

To provide proactive service to walk-in customers and conduct selling and cross-selling of banking products to satisfy customers' needs

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales target assigned
  • Responsible for full range of general banking products such as CASA, Cleaning Lending, Mortgage, Insurance and Credit Card.
  • Actively acquire new customers through proactive sales effort
  • Work to understand customers' banking needs for selling and cross-selling products
  • Make sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as appropriate
  • Participate in localized or off-site promotional activities
  • Work with product specialists where appropriate to provide services to customers
  • Conduct operational procedures in a compliant manner by following the Bank's policy and procedures

Incumbent Requirements:

  • University degree with 1-2 years or secondary education with 3-4 years experience in branch frontline customer service
  • IIQE paper 1, 2 & 3
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
