(Portfolio Management) Senior Manager for Deposits, Transactional Banking & FX

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy to retail transactional banking, advance our retail banking balance sheet, and manage transfer pricing issues to ensure long-term growth.
• Take the lead in managing pricing and portfolio strategies, cultivate customer insights and leverage those insights to boost business development.
• Work alongside different stakeholders to set in motion initiatives that enhance the customer experience in retail deposit operations.
• Remain informed about current market conditions, routinely conduct competitive analysis to maintain the competitiveness of our deposit services, and actively unearth new avenues for business.
• Oversee product costs, establish necessary control measures to limit the bank's risk exposure, while ensuring adherence to internal protocols, compliance standards, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or a related subject.
• A minimum of a 10 years experience in managing retail banking products, ideally overseeing a large retail banking portfolio.
• Demonstrated strength in pricing, profit & loss management, balance sheet management, transfer pricing, and financial projections.
• Solid grasp of deposit product management and retail digital payments.
• Results-oriented with a history of driving business growth, a leader comfortable with change and possessing excellent persuasion skills.
• A numerate individual with superior interpersonal capabilities and the ability to balance conflicting priorities effectively.
• Must be a strong collaborator and team player.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
