Job Description
• Coordinate the logistics of nationwide marketing trips.
• Collect staff marketing activity reports to maintain the department information systems.
• Answers phones extensively and professionally, screen calls, and deals with client requests/questions effectively and professionally.
• Uses the office equipment proficiently when copying and faxing documents. Always follows up with every detail, making sure faxes are sent and received by professionals and clients.
• Prepares and processes very complex expense reports, ensuring adherence to Firm policy. Timely follow-up with related departments and professionals regarding the processing status of the expense report and timely inform the professionals.
• Makes very complex travel arrangements effectively, including hotel accommodation, air tickets, and local transportation. Demonstrates forward-thinking solid ability.
• Manages schedules, extensively arranges/coordinates/updates of complex meetings, and appointments, and prepares correspondences, reports, minutes, and presentation materials for the professionals.
• Collect information and help the manager to prepare the department activities.
Skills and Abilities
• Holding a Bachelors degree from the university.
• Good command of Mandarin and English is required.
• Good PC skills, ability to use Microsoft Office.
• More than 3 years relevant experience working in a multinational company (from Private Banking or Private Wealth Management is a plus).
• SFC License would be a big plus.
• Mature, energetic, pleasant, and presentable.
