Our client is a reputable financial institution that is listed on the stock exchange and holds SFC licenses for types 1,2,4,6, and 9. They offer a wide range of services, including IPO, M&A, Capital Market, Global Markets, Asset Management and Private Banking. They are currently expanding their MFO / IAM platform and are seeking an experienced Private banker to join their team as their Private Banking Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver premium service to private banking / private high net worth (PHNW) clients and families
  • Drive the team to execute sales strategies and achieve sales goals to grow Asset Under Management (AUM) under private banking / PHNW customers portfolio
  • Coach and support subordinates in providing premium service to banking / private high net worth (PHNW) clients and families
  • Manage projects in customized private banking product development and premium services to be offered
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with business partners, design and negotiate cost-effective solutions to meet private banking / private high net worth (PHNW) clients and families needs
  • Offer professional advice and risk management solutions to private banking / private high net worth (PHNW) clients and families including deposits, credit facilities, investment funds, bonds, life insurance and trust service, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Have a degree or higher in Finance, Business or related fields
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in Private Banking and PHNW segment, with proven leadership skills
  • Deliver premium service to private banking / PHNW clients and their families
  • Manage the assets of private banking / PHNW clients and their families
  • Coach and support the team in providing premium service to private banking / PHNW clients and their families
  • Lead the development and implementation of customized private banking products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, negotiate and design cost-effective solutions for private banking / PHNW clients and their families
  • Offer professional advice and risk management solutions to private banking / PHNW clients and their families, such as credit facilities, investment funds, bonds, life insurance etc.
  • Comply with the relevant laws, rules and regulations for Private Banking and PHNW products and services
