Job description:
• Responsible for undertaking overseas bond business such as local urban investment companies and state-owned enterprises, and developing projects for primary issuance and secondary trading of bonds;
• Design issuance plans based on customer needs, prepare regulatory filing materials, assist issuers in communicating with regulatory authorities, and promote the implementation of bond business;
• Actively follow up on project progress, ensure the quality of contracted projects, and maintain good communication with issuers;
• Keep on touch with domestic and foreign investors, including banks, securities, fund and other institutional investors;
• Actively develop customer resources, government and channel resources;
• Collaborate with group account managers to jointly market to issuers.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or related major;
• At least 5 years of experience in securities and banking, at least 3 years of experience in bond underwriting business. SFC Type 1 license holder is prefered;
• Good social relations and project resources, excellent market development capabilities, be able to independently undertake bond project;
• Familiar with the processes and compliance requirements of regulatory agencies, government agencies and intermediaries;
