Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Trade Finance Operations team by providing advice and approval to resolve problem cases, and to maintain/ further improve good working relationship with internal customers
- Formulate operations strategy to drive digitization and transformation for the Operations team
- Responsible for the team meeting the Operations Team and Banks goals of cost management, quality and risk control
- To manage/improve and ensure the good working relationship with internal customer segments and support their initiatives to enhance revenue stream
Requirements
- Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY for this role
- > 15 years of experience in a management role in banking operations
- Strong change management and digital transformation mindset
- Solid knowledge on Hong Kong market practices, statutory rules and regulations
- Solid experience of trade finance products and services
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
