Our client is a sizable law firm in Hong Kong with a multicultural and dynamic office. Reporting to the COO, and the MP, you will be leading a team of 5 and managing the all-rounded financial matters for the Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the Senior Accountants and Accounts to manage the daily operations and the month end closing process
- Working on the Statutory and Management reporting
- Managing the working capital work to control the billing / revenue
- Working with the external vendors to monitor the monthly payroll
- Managing the clients money and ensuring the placement of fixed deposit
- Handling the financial analysis and budget forecasting
- Providing professional advisory / solutions to the Partners
- Dealing with external auditors and bankers
- Reviewing the work procedures and policies
- Managing the performance of the team and recruiting new members
- Leading the ad hoc financial projects such as financial system upgrade
Requirements:
- Degree holder major in Accounting / Qualified CPA with at least 8 years of related working experience
- Good command of both Chinese and English required
- Outstanding communication and people management skills required
- Candidates with legal / professional services industry background will be considered first
