Accountabilities:
- Perform maker of Standard and Non-Standard loan documentation vetting to ensure all terms and conditions as well as security arrangements are properly documented according to the credit approval and the banks policy requirement
- Identify documentation deficiencies, prepare outstanding documents report and follow up outstanding documentation items on timely basis
- Prepare limit dispatch checklist upon perfection / compliance of transaction documents and loan drawdown requests
- Identify the improvement opportunities of existing workflow
- Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by team leader from time to time
Requirements:
- Secondary School Education and above
- With 2 years years of loan documentation experience in Corporate Banking
- Good knowledge of Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for perfection of loan documentation
- Good knowledge and concept in corporate and retail banking products
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
