Job Description:
 

• Design and build an efficient global HR team based on the development strategy, planning
• Responsible for daily HR management, including but not limited to talent recruitment, HR operations, compensation and benefits, talent analytics, etc., 
• Shape, maintain, and promote the vision and enhance team and member cohesion.

Job Requirements：
 

• Degree in Human Resources or related fields, familiarity with blockchain and fintech industries is preferred. 
• Over 8 years of HR management and practical experience, preferably from startups, high-tech, or well-known tech companies.
• Familiarity with regional employment regulations, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to integrate work teams from around the world.
• Excellent spoken and written English;
