Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good client relationship and provide high quality account servicing to existing health insurance portfolio
  • Handle full renewal process for both individual and group clients 
  • Answer client enquiries through different channels and provide appropriate product proposals based on client requests 
  • Support in business development sector, including quotation generation, technical product support, proposals, following enquiries, claims and renewals
  • Provide onboarding process for new clients
  • Claims analysis and reporting
  • Client meetings


Requirements:

 

  • Diploma holder or above 
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in health insurance sector within broking firms
  • IIQE 1, 2 and 3 qualification 
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command in English, other languages will be great
