Your key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Data Governance strategies and frameworks
  • Define data policies, standards and procedures including data classification, data ownership and data access controls
  • Implement Data Governance tools and technologies to enhance data management ability
  • Data & Analytics business case development
  • Support the pursuit of new Data Governance projects
  • Learn about new data and analytics technology and methods, and how they could be applied for the benefit of our clients
  • Support engagement teams for Data Governance projects
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Experience leading and implementing Data Governance strategies within complex organisations
  • Experience or certificate in DAMA/DCMM etc. data management credential is an advantage
  • Experiences in the planning and design of KPI (key performance indicators) system for enterprises would be an advantage
  • Expertise in data quality, data privacy, metadata management, master data management, data ownership, and data & AI ethics capabilities
  • Experience leading end-to-end Data & Analytics transformation programs
  • Demonstrated business development skills
  • Solid understanding of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
  • Ability to coach and mentor cross-functional dynamic teams and operate autonomously
  • Experience with engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 7-10 years' experience within Data Governance, Strategy and Consulting
  • Fluenct in English, Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred
