Compliance Associate/AVP

Job Description

1. Draft and revise compliance manual and various other policies
2. Advise for company-related affairs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
3. Handle the SFC inquiry responses and follow up on implementation;
4. Responsible for AML work, compliance review and guidance for product promotion and sales;
5. Assist in formulating compliance policies and systems,;
6. Responsible for the management of licensed corporations and personnel licenses, employee training and CPT management;
    

Requirement

• Bachelors degree holder whi at least 3 years compliance experience in Financial Service industry.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Self-driven, able to work independently
