Main Responsibilities
- Target key issuers, intermediaries and prospected clients to develop a strong pipeline and source new mandates for Corporate Trust and Loan Agency
- Win mandates by being fully conversant with Corporate Trust and Loan Agency product characteristics. Initiate and maintain relationship with existing clients and intermediaries at all levels
- Work with clients and their advisors to understand deal structures, prepare proposals and set pricing
- Work with relevant internal counterparts and teams to seek approvals, and ensure adequate execution and implementation of transactions prior to closing
- Build strong internal network with other business units across the bank in different jurisdictions
- Perform other ad hoc tasks/ projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in business related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 5 years sales experience in corporate trust or related transaction execution role
- Solid understanding in capital markets, project finance or M&A market would be beneficial
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and work to tight timeframes
- Highly motivated self-starter, resourceful, flexible and able to perform well under stressful conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
- Team player with a sense of responsibility
- ECF Qualification is welcomed
