We are looking for an Desktop Support for our client, an Asian bank, to provide troubleshooting services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Level 1 user support/troubleshooting 
  • Perform day-to-day PC administration and desktop services.
  • Conduct regular system checking and operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks including hardware inventory, report preparation, and system documentation.
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Service Desk and IT support.
  • Previous experience in financial institutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware, and common desktop applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
