IT Trainer / Desktop Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Training experience accross BYOD devices, hardware and software
• Level 1 user support/troubleshooting 
• Perform day-to-day administration and desktop services.
• Conduct regular system checks 
• Handle administrative tasks including hardware inventory, report preparation, and system documentation.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in IT training Service Desk and IT support.
• Previous experience in financial institutions is an advantage.
• Experienced training users
• Experienced writing own training material
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware, and common desktop applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
