Job Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks such as trade support, settlements, investigation of failed trades, asset servicing, cash management, reconciliation, securities lending, and collateral management.
- Aid in vendor management activities, including onboarding and oversight of brokers and custodians, as well as conducting custodian evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including local business units, portfolio managers, traders, legal and compliance, and technology, to optimize operational processes and facilitate business growth in the region
Job Requirements:
- Possess 5-10 years of professional experience in trade operations with a strong understanding of the trade process life cycle.
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and money market instruments within investment firms or banks.
- Have experience working with Hong Kong and other Southeast Asian markets.
