Senior Manager of Corporate Planning

Responsibilities:

• Primarily provide equity restructuring and tax-related consulting services to client companies: Collaborate with client companies to deliver professional advice on equity restructuring and tax matters, including tax planning, tax optimization, and compliance assessment.
• Maintain and manage relationships with partners related to corporate structure and tax matters, such as law firms, accounting firms, and tax consulting firms.
• Stay updated on and gather information about legal and industry developments relevant to client companies.
• Develop and plan related business processes and complete documentation such as product specifications.
• Conduct training for other employees in the department on relevant topics.
• Handle other tasks delegated by different departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, cross-border transactions, investment banking, or tax-related fields, with at least 5 years of experience working with mainland Chinese companies and executing service projects for them.
• Previous experience in accounting firms, tax consulting, corporate services, investment banking, or banking and financial services teams preferred, with experience in handling cross-border transactions being a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English languages.
