Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, allowing stakeholders to gain valuable insights.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their requirements and transform them into actionable visualizations and reports.
- Analyze data sets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop efficient and scalable data models and database structures to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, define metrics, and deliver analytical solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate data analysis, reporting, and visualization processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced skills in Tableau, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of data visualization and dashboard development.
- Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and work with large datasets.
- Experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation is preferred.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, database design, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
