Project Assistant, Transformation, Financial Crime Compliance

Assisting in the management and administration of the FCC-related projects and initiatives, including project activities coordination, schedules and milestones management, documentation, testing and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and administration of the FCC-related projects and initiatives, including project activities coordination, schedules and milestones management, documentation, testing and project delivery
  • Collaborate and coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project cycle
  • Communicate with IT department to define technical specifications and analyse technical feasibility
  • Act as the Subject-matter expert (SME) in the system incident handling and reporting; handle queries and provide prompt response
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare summary for management reporting
  • Assist the Project Manager in the preparation for meetings and conferences
  • Meet the project timeline and deliverables as directed by the Project Manager
  • Perform other job responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above, major in Business, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of solid banking experience
  • Preferred exposure in Financial Crime Compliance; experience in working with cross-functional teams and knowledge in Project Management / User Acceptance testing / database languages is a plus
