Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and administration of the FCC-related projects and initiatives, including project activities coordination, schedules and milestones management, documentation, testing and project delivery
- Collaborate and coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project cycle
- Communicate with IT department to define technical specifications and analyse technical feasibility
- Act as the Subject-matter expert (SME) in the system incident handling and reporting; handle queries and provide prompt response
- Conduct data analysis and prepare summary for management reporting
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation for meetings and conferences
- Meet the project timeline and deliverables as directed by the Project Manager
- Perform other job responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree holder or above, major in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of solid banking experience
- Preferred exposure in Financial Crime Compliance; experience in working with cross-functional teams and knowledge in Project Management / User Acceptance testing / database languages is a plus
