Head Of Finance(Type ,1,2,4,9）

Job Description

• Report to the group CEO 
• Monitor the groups Financial Management and Financial accounting
• Review month-end closing,  financial reporting and FRR report
• Manage finance and accounting function for SFC licensed corporations
• Maintain the relationships with external banks
• Monitor cashflow forecast and annual budget
• Liaise with auditors for audit matter
• Conduct and manage due diligence review in respect of acquisitions and assist in relevant negotiations
• Monitor the consolidation as well as taxation, annual audit and strategic plans
• Implementing policies, procedures & guideline to improve the operation efficiency
• Maintain and develop proper internal control framework
• Liaise with BOD and external stakeholders

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or above in accounting/finance with qualification 
• 10 -15 years of relevant experience with financial institutions,with at least 8 years at a managerial level 
• Experience in the brokerage,ibank industry is highly desireable 
• Knowledge in financial products such as equties ,bonds ,options,Repo,TRS,FX
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
