Assistant Manager, Sales & Service Project

Job Purpose:
Lead and manage Business Banking and Direct Channels Project and Change management. Provide planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating on overall projects to ensure effective execution of plan.
 
Main Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with relevant parties to identify business needs. Drive process changes and implementation of process re-engineering across Product, IT, Risk and Compliance operations.
  • Work with business for project prioritization and negotiation with ITD for resources allocation
  • Lead the team to prepare project proposal, review function design specification, UAT, compile user manual and arrange user training.
  • Develop, implement and enhance new & existing Direct Channels projects such as Cardlink, CSP, CSS, TeamPOINT, BOSS, VRU, etc.
  • Allocate sufficient resources to perform UAT and ensure progress on schedule.
  • Monitor the UAT to ensure the system development as defined in the User Requirement & Functional Specification.
  • Monitor the production check verification to ensure the wellness of system implementation.
  • Handle Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervising managers

Incumbent Requirements:

  • University graduate or above with minimum 5 years of banking experiences in project management; Tertiary education with substantial years of relevant working experiences.
  • Ability to work in a team, jointly driving project with other teammates
  • Strong in project management & negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge in Business and Retail Banking products & Call Centre systems / operations flow.
  • Good people management, staff coaching & training skill
  • Strong Product, System & Operation sense.
  • Self-driven and work independently
  • Excellent presentation and communication skill in both English and Chinese
