Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with fund managers and team members throughout the equity or fixed income investment process;
- Conduct research on company fundamentals, industry developments, and macroeconomic conditions;
- Participate in the development and launch of new investment products;
- Prepare external and internal reporting materials;
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and support marketing efforts;
- Communicate research findings and insights with internal and external parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Physical Science, Engineering or related fields, with excellent grades;
- Candidates who have passed more levels of the CFA exams will be a plus;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- More experienced applicant may be considered for more senior position;
- Technical or marketing experiences are also useful;
- A strong eagerness to learn, deep curiosity, and a drive to succeed;
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint);
- Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
