Responsibilities
ï¬ Provide operation and maintenance support on various financial systems (stock / trading system, and back office system etc)
ï¬ Provide application support to business departments to ensure normal operation for the business
ï¬ Liaise with application vendors / HKEX on any production issue, work with them on solutions proposals and issue fixes
ï¬ Monitor the healthiness of systems, report and troubleshoot irregularities & problems
ï¬ Perform trading system rollout, system upgrade and UAT
ï¬ Ensure all daily batch jobs are executed successfully and completed on time
ï¬ Maintain and ensure systems smooth operations in both front and back office environment
ï¬ To perform ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:.
ï¬ Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant discipline
ï¬ Minimum 2 Years working experience in financial institution background
ï¬ Familiar with the Hong Kong / China securities or futures transaction / business, as well as Bloomberg and other applications
ï¬ Experience in supporting MSSQL, MYSQL, Windows, Linux and Networking, but not limited to installation and SQL coding
ï¬ Familiar with the deployment and installation of Web, Java base platforms.
ï¬ Ability to work under pressure
ï¬ Shift duty is required
ï¬ Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
ï¬ Independent, self-initiative and good interpersonal skills
