Client Onboarding Associate

I am looking for a Client Onboarding Associae for my client, a leading bank in Hong Kong. He/She will be responsible for handling of the Bank’s Account Opening and Client On-boarding process, ensuring compliance with Customer Due Diligence and Customer Suitability Assessments.

Pure Hong Kong - Hong Kong - Full time

Salary: Up to $30k/month

 

 Responsibilities

  •  Work closely with Front Office on enhanced serviced towards all prospect clients
  • Receive and review duly accomplished Account Opening Form and other required supporting documents.
  •  Conduct new account opening for document completeness, proper CDD/EDD and AML checks.
  •  Complete KYC risk assessments by undertaking first round CDD review, conduct material negative news and sanctions name screening assessments of existing & new clients

Requirements

  •  Around 2-3 years in Customer Service/ Client On-boarding/ KYC experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially spreadsheet and database management
  •  Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
