Job Responsibilities

  • Complete all necessary process to ensure account opening is smoothly and efficiently done;
  • Preparing all necessary KYC review for Compliance requirement;
  • Ensure comply with all cross border rules when servicing overseas clients;
  • Ensure recommendations to clients are all proper and suitable to clients. Adopting a portfolio approach to assist clients to diversify investment risk;
  • Working closely with all relevant department of the company to ensure work flows/processes are conducted properly and also perform cross selling;
  • Familiarization of all policies and procedures of the Group and ensure no derivation;
  • Comply with all training to be confirmed fit and proper.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate;
  • Over 5 -10 years relevant working experiences;
  • Good client handling skill;
  • Good knowledge on all investment products and KYC process;
  • Good knowledge on all regulatory requirement on suitability and cross border rules;
  • Good working attitudes and systemic mind.
