About the Role

Formulate and operationalise (e.g. pilot) agency business strategy to achieve company goals

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the formulation of agency channel strategy in line with corporate strategy
  • Develop a robust process to maximise outcomes through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives
  • Uplift and transform agency business with full-ranged business support such as training, proposition, technology, digital and analytics tools
  • Support specific strategy projects to develop, plan and, where appropriate, operationalise strategic initiatives, in collaboration with internal and external parties
  • Assist in annual strategic planning activities in respect of agency, and ongoing performance tracking and analytics
  • Support internal, market and competitor analytics to support the agency strategy and specific initiatives
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting or other professional services roles highly preferred
  • Significant insurance and/or financial services industry exposure preferred
  • Strong self-drive and ownership; can-do mindset and comfort with stepping out of comfort zone to solve problems
  • Ability to apply structured problem solving and conduct quantitative analysis to support data-driven management
  • Communication skills including but not limited to strong English written (e.g. Word reports, PPTs) as well as English / Chinese verbal communications
