About the Role

Support the department on the governance and risk aspects, including projects to ensure Policy Service Department is operated in compliance with the company guidance and compliance/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular checking, quality assurance and conduct periodic audits to ensure the name screening alerts clearance/POS transactions are properly performed and adhere to all regulatory requirements and company's rules and guidelines.
  • Support Risk Management & Compliance / Internal Audit in various activities including but not limited to annual / ad-hoc auditing activities, annual regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate within the department to ensure practice is consistent and with required standards met.
  • Assist to implement plan to revise existing controls or add new controls if deficiency is noted.
  • Support reporting activities on control monitoring
  • Governing SOPs are updated and compliant with related processing rules
  • Liaise with respective teams / departments to implement projects in order to embed risk & compliance requirements in day-to-day business operations of POS
  • Coordinate and support necessary training to stakeholders
  • Facilitate revisions on guidelines, forms & procedure manuals and to ensure up-to-date
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
  • University / College graduate with at least 3 years' experience in managing similar job nature, project management or business analysis preferred.
  • Experience in operation governance, project management and process review in insurance firm is a plus.
  • Good sense of judgement with detailed mind and high accuracy work
  • Pro-active and demonstrate ownership on responsible tasks
  • Result-oriented, aggressive, and innovative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate will less experience or fresh graduate can be considered as Advisor
