Job Description:
This job is to be performed by a HR specialist who has a profound knowledge of or has great potential in supporting the development of optimal HR products to meet the business needs. The areas he/she is going to work on include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in drafting HR-related policies, designing the procedures and reviewing them on a regular basis to strive for best practices.
- Working with internal and external lawyers to deal with employee relation cases.
- Assisting in the development of policy, system design and administration of daily HR operations.
- Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties regarding policy and procedure.
- Providing support to compensation & benefit administration where necessary.
- Other ad-hoc HR matters and products as required by the management.

- Good understanding of the employment law/accounting/tax principles of Hong Kong and/or other East Asia and Southeast Asia regions is a plus.
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Law or other business-related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience working in the HR field at major multinational companies.
