Our client is an international asset management house with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.

Serve as the clients advocate and primary point of contact with clients. Lead the full-life cycle of client account from onboarding, service/maintenance, account expansion, to account closure. Provide insight into client needs and business initiatives. Drive and coordinate external client portfolio review meetings including the creation of briefing notes, presentation materials, and quarterbacking any follow-ups. Establish Account Service Level Agreements. Liaise with and establish strong relationships with internal teams to ensure SLAs are met. Ensure detailed and timely response to client requests for ad-hoc deliverables i.e. audit confirms and due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, DDQs. Participate as appropriate in prospect meetings as led by Business Development colleagues. Drive and participate in projects to improve internal client service procedures and ensure industry-aligned standard methodologies. Manage CRM system, including updating client contact information, logging meeting notes, and reporting of activity. Assist in departmental budget and client AUM forecast process. Establish competency and expertise with product offerings. Establish strong relationships with portfolio managers, legal, compliance and other internal teams to complete projects and tasks in an organized and timely manner.

To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience, ideally servicing large institutional clients. Strong interest in the industry, and knowledge of current economic and financial market trends. Experience with investment strategies, including equity, fixed income, and alternatives. Knowledge of institutional and intermediary marketplace. Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required, including experience using the software to produce high quality presentations and reports. Experience in CRM database or Salesforce. Excellent communication skills.
