Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Risk Manager / Risk Manager in performing independent assessment on credit proposals in accordance with laid-down management framework, credit policies (including green & sustainability lending framework and guidelines) and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep abreast of the prevailing market conditions and regulatory requirements of credit risk management and ensure compliance thereof.
  • Assist in the data analysis performed by the Risk Management Division.
  • Assist in handling risk management related projects.
  • Perform the risk control tasks and comply with the requirements set by the Risk Controllers of the relevant risk types


Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics, at Level 2/Grade E or above  
  • Relevant Professional Qualification obtained would be advantageous
  • 1-2 years banking experience is an advantage, and exposure to covering China portfolios would also be advantageous
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
