Job Summary: Job Duties: Responsibilities: - Provide operational and administration support to the cash and derivatives clearing operations, and resolve exceptions and contingency situations swiftly and professionally
- Carry out operational processes in order to deliver quality services and to support new business initiatives
- Establish and maintain operational relationships actively with Participants by delivering quality service improvement
- Liaise with internal departments, external business counterparties, market practitioners and participants on new clearing products / services;
- Deliver project tasks including user requirements and users acceptance tests
- Work shift duties including evening shift and public holiday support on regular and need basis
Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably in Finance / Business Administration / Accountancy / Economics or related subject;
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in financial industry, preferably in the clearing and settlement operations of derivatives market;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
- Conversant with Microsoft Office skills, Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint;
- Self-initiative, with good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Work shift duties including evening shift and public holiday support on regular and need basis
