About the Role

Assist to devise and execute the MCV strategy to promote CS business, including EB and IVS, to MCV districts.

Agency Activities Management
  • Groom and cultivate MCV agents to explore and capture EB opportunities from Chinese background corporates
  • Strengthen engagement with and provide all needed support to MCV districts to meet and achieve the ambitous sales targets assigned by the company from time to time
  • Work closely with IVS team to convert EB business to IVS
  • Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
  • Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
  • Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
  • Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable
Financial Management
  • Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned districts to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth are met
People Management
  • Provide coaching and training to support staff
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
