Job duties / responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR supports in staff on-boarding, off-boarding, work visa renewal, contract renewal and staff probation process etc.;
- Input and maintain accurate employee profiles in HR system and filing system;
- Work closely with HR Manager to organize employee wellness activities and provide support in benefits administration;
- Maintain staff movement records in a timely manner;
- Provide support in annual exercises & projects such as vendor contract renewal, salary review, annual tax reporting, absence management and performance management;
- Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
- Coordinate team/ department meetings and provide general administrative supports;
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Specification:
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Well organized, flexible and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong MS Excel skills, numerate and attentive to details
- Proficient at MS Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills with a good command of both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- 0-2 years of HR experience preferably with financial institutions, or sizeable companies
- University fresh graduate will also be considered
