You will:
- ·Assist Exit Desk CA on managing daily administration , client servicing and following up on client instruction
- ·Support completion of client periodic review including name searches and monitoring of client transactions, completion of contact report and/or any account maintenances
- ·Be the liaison between the various Operational sub-teams to ensure smooth account closure
- ·Ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations; ensure the occurrence of errors and operational problems is minimized and promptly & properly document any issues that occur

You will report functionally to the APAC SCU Head
Your expertise:
- ·Prior experience in dealing with Wealth Management clients or Private Banking platforms, ideally for at least 2 years.
- ·Client-oriented mentality with good interpersonal skills
- ·Ability to set priorities and to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- ·Organised and systematic individual who pays attention to details and accuracy
- ·Experience in the financial services industry (Overall know-how of banking products and processing areas)
- ·Degree from a university or institute of higher education or equivalent advanced training (on-the-job and off-the-job)
- ·Language proficiencies in English, Mandarin and / or Cantonese, based in Singapore / Hong Kong in order to support local clients base
