Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive deployment plan for ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP , including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities.
- Monitor and control the progress of the deployment plan, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of the deployment plan.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate a seamless transition to the Oracle systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the deployed systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in the deployment processes.
Qualifications Experience, Attributes and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as an ERP Deployment Lead or a similar project management role, with a successful track record of managing large-scale ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP ERP, etc.
- Experience in Oracle system deployment is a big plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and reporting status to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
