Driving large scale technology enabled transformational change with strong stakeholder management experience and finance management knowledge and contributing to the development of our offerings with business value creation. Specifically -
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Designing and signing off on contracts
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Managing large and diverse teams

Qualifications Qualifications - Five or more years in project management experience in HK local technology enabled projects from consulting firms or in house.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to multi task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations.
- Big picture thinking and vision with attention to details.
- Finance management knowledge required Enterprise Asset Management preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
