Relationship Manager（SME）

Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements when promote SME products and services
• Pursue bank assigned financial and non-financial KPIs
• Build robust SME loan portfolio with good credit quality
• Follow through end to end account opening and loan application via digital channel
• Deliver high quality SME banking services in timely and responsive manner

Job Requirements:

• Matriculated or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 1 year B2B sales/hunting experience, non-bank segments will also be considered
• Knowledge in SME Banking CDD / KYB process would be an advantage
• Passionate on Fintech and digital banking
• Adaptive to fast-paced startup culture, embrace can-do spirit, target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good command of English and confident in Putonghua speaking is desired
• Candidate with less/more experience will be considered as ARM/SRM
